1. So many bots on X 2. They deployed a token. Top right is the deployer wallet. uuUHtKq8a3mJDNdVzV33MDHKuSJLEUrM9gtLnhmpump

@Phantom_Blvck @official_6baby @davidmedinapdx So now address my OG point. 25% of malls have closed. Why?

@Phantom_Blvck @official_6baby @davidmedinapdx The city sucks and itβs located in the city. Nobody wants to deal with addicts, homeless etc. do you see any of that around the ones you listed? No! Is that prevalent around Lloyd? Absolutely! Why would anyone want to shop there?

@davidmedinapdx Portland is ποΈ but this isnβt fair when itβs representative of all malls across the country. Online shopping killed malls.

@Phantom_Blvck @official_6baby @davidmedinapdx Yeah Lloyd Center is the only mall that is a problem.

@Phantom_Blvck @official_6baby @davidmedinapdx Malls do better in suburbs than inner cities thatβs a fact. Portland is a dog π©city so itβs more pronounced. Iβm from the east coast and have gone back to see dying malls there too that used to be packed 20 years ago.

@valueandtime Real especially when you were able to build a war chest from the project. Worse thing is continuously dangling the carrot while saying youβve moved on but will come back if thereβs a shift back to NFTs. Thatβs not a builder and the very definition of grifter.

@Phantom_Blvck @official_6baby @davidmedinapdx I go to Clackamas and thereβs definitely been a decline over the last 10 years. Not nearly as much as Lloyd but there definitely has been.

Mentioning COVID points out one of the issues with the decline with all malls. Online ordering improved and became more and a better option. Itβs a countrywide problem and not unique to Portland. Yes better mgmt would help the situation but still doesnβt change the fact that majority of malls have seen a significant decline in traffic over last 10-20 years.

It definitely has something to do with it but itβs also simple socioeconomics and location. Why drive to the city and deal with everything surrounding that (homeless, addicts, etc) when you can go Clackamas or Washington Square? But even the traffic @ Clackamasisnt the same it was 10 years ago.

@official_6baby @Phantom_Blvck @davidmedinapdx Simple economics. The nicer mall is located in the suburbs surrounded the wealthiest neighborhoods in the state. The mall in the video is located in the city = lower income.

@Phantom_Blvck @official_6baby @davidmedinapdx Theyβre in a better part of town is 100% the reason.
