We have signed RHP Nick Anderson to a minor league contract with a non-roster invite to Spring Training. Anderson, 34, has appeared in 165 games across five MLB seasons since debuting in 2019 and owns a career 3.18 ERA and 31.6% strikeout percentage.

@emptyideas @HebHammer94 @b0bsondugnut Just from Cardinals fan side. Thatās not gonna happen. It doesnāt make sense. Cardinals are moving Willy to 1st to get Herrera to Catcher (they arenāt stupid he was on a 4 war pace). Helsley again best trade chip and Abreu is fine but we have 5-6 OFs already.

@HebHammer94 @b0bsondugnut What a lot outside the Cardinals fandom havenāt been hearing is, whether optimistic or delusional, the FO thinks they were a couple breaks away from a competitive team last year. I personally disagree. But thatās why they havenāt been aggressive in selling off.
