Following the ‘success’ of my 20 favourite movies where I happily interacted mostly with myself - the safest way for me to avoid a Twitter argument, but still far from a guarantee - I’m switching today to TV Shows Only Rule is the same rule: these are MY favourites, not the greatest. Although some of them would qualify as both!! The 1st entry, though? That’s totally personal. An entry I’ve been watching with Joseph since he was 3 years old and the first show we could genuinely both enjoy. Although I’m not sure HE was supposed to… No 25 is Psych. Or, as the now 6 year old calls it: ‘The Murder Show’. (Quick review: a REALLY entertaining show. It’s bloody hard to get a comedy / murder mix right. Psych pulls that off over 120 episodes, 3 films and a shitload of pineapples!! And the cast is brilliant!)

@VaseemKhanUK Love it. The first season suffers from a tendency to include what would, in any other show, be a season finale moment at the end of every other scene. But that’s the only downside, it’s thrilling all the same and that stops in Season 2. It’s really fun TV.

Last year I bought a blue tic so I had more words to promote my book, #TheShadowNetwork That just expired & I’m back to a character limit No way I’m paying again without something to promote but it’s made me realise: this site is EVEN WORSE when you can only say half of what…

@BritainForTrump @trussliz If you want Reform to represent an alternative to the 2 shit shows between whom we currently swing, stop encouraging their absolutely awful recruitment process You need people who make Lee Anderson look like the moron he is. Opting for someone even thicker? Not serious people

@Jebadoo2 Absolutely correct. The double standards are staggering. We are badly let down by our leaders in the UK generally, but Scottish politicians really are taking it to another level.

@neillancaster66 Straws. Straws are why the Tories got trounced in 2024. Nothing to do with everyone being bankrupted by their mortgage rates after someone’s disastrous budget, was it, @trussliz? Absolute laughing stock!!

@Ry918475839920 @Breadster2 @emilyhewertson @LordJolemai No, I realise. And I see where you’re coming from. I very rarely bite. But being called that word in the course of what was not a heated debate, and then called it again, it bothered me. I shouldn’t have let it. It’s not healthy.

@johnknightlinux @Glinner What a ridiculous suggestion. Insulting to female boxers? How is it insulting to say that they were so dedicated to the sport to which they had literally given their youth that they were willing to fight a biological male despite all of the physical advantages he brought to bear?

@Ry918475839920 @Breadster2 @emilyhewertson @LordJolemai I didn’t threaten violence. I did nothing of the sort. I was stating my frustration at the fact this person can sit and insult me behind a keyboard and I can do nothing about it, hence blocking them. Saying what you like to do but can’t do is not threatening violence.
