@BobLonsberry I have to ask, 15 years ago Rochester was like many other urban areas, with rampant crime etc., but WHY has it gotten SO out of control !! I think I know the answer but would love to have it validated...

The 24 hour Max/Min temperature reports valid 7PM Wed Feb 12th showed a net difference of 146 degrees across our nation. That's WILD!! FYI...the 7AM report today was a 133 degree difference. #weather

@JamesLucasIT Yes!! we didn’t have much money, but we were rich beyond comparison, look at those smiles!! Mom of course was taking the photo with her Kodak camera, see the flashbulb in the window.
