Travis, I only have one point...this isn't the first time Baltimore has done this. Years ago several very nice neighborhoods rose out of the ashes and the low income folks lost out big time...they never fix a problem because they wouldn't be able to campaign on it...

Acute Chronic Pancreatitis that is Idiopathic...Weed has kept me productive while dealing with the constant pain. Agree not good for everyone but for me it got me off a myriad of prescriptions, down to 4 and haven't had an all out attack since I started the weed.
