I moved to Bengaluru in 2008 when Modi was not PM.
I moved because the Congress even after the ruling 70 Years couldn't even build basic infrastructure in UP.
I had to travel 200km to Lucknow to catch Flight till Modi Ji created Ayodhya Airport now.

In Singapore, 95% of people eat daily outside in small Restaurants but still their life expectancy is very high.
You can't buy any authorities there for any Money.

We lived in a village where no Electricity was there. We have to use kerosene oil to study at night.
We had to travel on potholes and mud roads.
Electricity came to our village in 2018.

In Bengaluru, 2 BHK Flat rental is 30-40,000 if you live with family.
Second thing, if you Buy a Flat worth of 1 Crore, you will get rental from Your Flat around 40-50,000 in Bengaluru.

In 2013, 2 BHK Flat rent was 10-15k in Bengaluru but in 2024, it is now 25-30k.

I am getting 50,000 Rental Monthly.
My friends who was living on rental for last 10 years now wants to buy a house because he has 2 kids and old parents in Bengaluru.
You can't live in rental houses always.
He is regretting why he didn't buy Flat earlier.

Singapore has Casino but due to Social Responsibility and to save their citizens from addiction, they charge 100$ Entry Fee for Locals only. For Foreigners it's free entry.
They have also many restrictions how much Money one can lose in a week etc.

Last Year my Brother wanted to Buy an iPhone worth 1.5 Lacs and then he took my advice.
We suggested him:
1) Buy 30K Oppo Phone with 8 GB RAM
2) Started SIP of 5k Monthly in 4 different Mutual Funds

We all did same mistake in IIT 4 Years. We wasted 4 years in enjoying celebration of IIT.
We never tried to learn new things or do some experiments.
We just enjoyed seeing 300% Placement records of IIT BHU.
The biggest loss of intellectual capital in India happens when students move from school to college (especially in engineering). Wasting the most precious 4 years of life in relaxing instead of learning is an irreparable loss. Use your grad years to Study, Experiment & Build.
