Hitting a bit of a low point today, the black dog has awoken. Started a new job last week as a manager, things were going great but a new temporary manager has come in and is a complete bully and it feels like he is setting me up to fail.

Just started work on a present for a friend of mine at work who is a reserve in the Fusiliers, just got to do the engraving and the 40 battle honours
Looks a bit of a mess right now but it will look great by the time it's finished (I hope)
