UK students don't have to go to Uni and for most it is unnecessary - too many go to Uni & there are too many mediocre Unis also. Students are adults if they can chose their gender they are old enough to chose a pointless expensive degree in media studies or just get a proper job instead

@procurementfile @WokeWaste I am sure the ppl at Palladium mean well but this biz is wholly dependent on govt , they know how to fill in the tender forms! How many of past project still exist, past performance IS a guide to future viability & I guess this is money wasted

Unbelievable to read protest from anyone when ANY govt or Govt department is audited- every public biz I know is audited that is to reassure stakeholders there is nothing untowards going on - the US/ EU / UK are Enron on steroids & I don’t recall politicians protesting there was too much auditing! What are they scared of?

What is happening to US tax $ is certainly happening to our UK tax £ , the govt is not short of money it wastes it on epic scale
This is your daily reminder that this is not about bureaucracy anymore, it’s about kleptocracy. These people stole our tax money and lied about where they were sending it and now that they’ve been caught they are running around, screaming that everybody’s a dictator because they are terrified that they will never ever be elected to public office again after we are done uncovering all of this.

but this happened unde the Tories , can anyone name a single university awarded a grant to investigate if CO2 levels above 400ppm was beneficial tomthe planet. The biggest topic of the last 40yrs (bar whether having a willie prevented you being a woman) yet all funding to 1 side of the debate

@DanFriedman81 @EndWokeness i think the "we" in recovered from global crisis refers to a very small clique associated with the finance industry especially banking . The avg joe on the street has seen any benefits eaten by inflation costs across nearly all asset classes.

@MarioNawfal In the UK we have Unexplained Wealth Orders which the police can use if proceeds of crime are suspected ( not that UK plod are much use) - would be useful in US
