From minting a @BoredApeYC & @veefriends to meeting all of you around the world, my NFT journey still feels like a dream. Yet, it's very real, and I can't help but be humbled by the opportunity to cross paths with each one of you. As you know, I quickly triggered a $1.5M fundraising in July '21 to heavily invest in the most successful #NFTs, from #BAYC and @cryptopunksnfts to @veefriends , #Squiggle, @worldofwomennft @GutterCatGang @FastFoodPunks and more – I traded and collected them all. The most exciting part was becoming part of these communities, meeting collectors, and understanding why one collection might be considered "better" than another. My focus was on connecting with the creators, delving into the core of the movement, and falling in love with all of you. Your dreams became mine, or perhaps it was a two-way street; does it truly matter? This game became not only the most exhilarating experience of my life but also my livelihood. Despite struggling to explain my role to others, and sometimes even to myself, being here has never felt more right. I've had the incredible opportunity to travel the world and address audiences on a global scale. My journey has involved strategic engagement in web3 for legendary athletes like @kaj33 Karim Abdul-Jabbar (@Lakers @NBA all-time scorer) and @stanwawrinka (@Wimbledon @rolandgarros @usopen winner), renowned luxury brands such as @AspreyLondon @bugattigrp @Baccarat , esteemed international organizations including the UN and the Red Cross, among many others. Notably, I've had the privilege of serving as a judge for three consecutive years for @gucci & @ARTSTHREAD . Additionally, I was honored with invitations from the LA #Lakers to visit the @UCLA Health Center, where I met with both management and players, meeting @KingJames was special. I also attended the @TIME @TIMEPieces 100 web3 builders lunch in LA and a dinner event in NYC invited by my dear friend @KeithGrossman along with other highly exclusive gatherings. That discussion with @garyvee @brtmoments remains my favorite moment of it all (You can find it everywhere). Yes, the market dealt us a severe blow. I faced the harshest financial crash I could have imagined, and while I could attribute it to external factors like Sam, Luna, FIAT, ultimately the responsibility falls on me. Every bit of it. Under the influence of adrenaline, your vision becomes skewed; if you've never truly experienced failure, playing the game is an entirely different ball game. Embracing this challenge means being prepared to fail, and fail hard, and fail fast. The collapse forced me to reevaluate every aspect, and by 'all of it,' I mean absolutely everything. It humbles you, strengthens your understanding of who you are, who you stand for, and the sense of responsibility that comes with it. You emerge stronger, recognizing that there's always a way forward, especially if you're determined to persist. My love for what has been cultivated in this space over the past three years remains unwavering, and my absolute confidence in the transformative potential of what has been built is stronger than ever.
