"Down in New Orleans" plays, no one is shown singing it. "Almost There" plays, there’s no Tiana. "Gonna Take You There" plays, but no one is singing it. Mama Odie is literally there but she doesn’t sing her own song either?

As many of us anticipated, the storyline is kinda weak. There are a few beautiful scenes but also a lot of empty space. The existing structure of Splash prevents Tiana’s attraction to be its own thing. That’s why they play the soundtrack in scenes where nothing is going on😭

Disney used to build giant rockwork, berms or themed exteriors just to hide showbuildings. They don’t care that much about sightlines anymore (was very obvious with the opening of Tron) but it’s definitely possible
you guys will say this then cry bc the cosmic rewind showbuilding is so huge it stands out like a sore thumb and ruins the sightline and the land’s immersion 🤷♀️ have you been to Epcot ? Bc that thing is huge and ugly. Love the ride tho!
