@NOWHelpTeam There is no damage to the socket. I interrogated terminations etc. after identifying as master. I could deal with this much easier if there was a phone number available to me.

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, it’s my mums but I’m not there anymore. I took a photo earlier as I do know a bit about telecoms, but was unable to check incoming voltages. I did take this photo while I was there when looking for any obvious cause.
