@obummer7 I think the German constitutional arrangement is silly but they are a lot more fiscally constricted normally than people give them credit for and the incumbent government has blown up revenue and the deficit in a stupid way

@obummer7 Its not a matter of seeing though, the facts are laid plain - Germany is the centre of Europe, it is an economic and political powerhouse. The fumblings of Ample don't really change any of that.
