I’ve come to realize why AAA games feel so lackluster compared to indie titles, which I find myself playing more these days. I’d rather revisit a decade-old game than deal with the shallow writing and forced narratives in most modern releases. I get that games can have messages, but when it starts feeling like a lecture instead of a story, it kills the enjoyment. Take Dragon Age, for example, it started off beautifully with Origins and even Dragon Age 2 had its charm, but somewhere down the line, the magic faded. I just want to sit back, relax, and lose myself in a good game without being dragged into real-world politics. Gaming should be about fun, creativity, and escape, not corporate-driven agendas and forced messaging. 👏

I used to think groups like this had some edge, back when 'Anonymous' was doing rebellious hacker antics. But now? Supporting the establishment rather than challenging it? That’s a hard no. You're not the powerful voice you once were, just a distant echo of what was. Instead of fixing anything, you're adding fuel to the fire.
