I thought I wasted my life. I'm 30. I see people way younger than me succeeding. 10k/mo here, 5k/mo there. I'm falling behind I thought. It's too late. I'm wrong. My life has led me exactly where I need to be. We are all on our own path. I'm no sob story. I have a great career. I have a great family. I have a great fiancé. I have my own property and I have investments made. But something wasn't right for awhile. I wasn't feeling "Fulfilled." I was coasting through life. I was comfortable. I decided I needed a change. I needed to push myself. I needed to grow as a person and go after the life I truly want and desire. Time freedom and life in my own hands. How am I going to do that? I'll tell you. - I will show up everyday for myself. - I will be the fool and learn daily. - I will push my limits. - I will cultivate new positive lifestyle habits. - I will learn to teach others to do the same. Near the end of this year I am starting a coaching qualification and accreditation. I will take you on this journey with me. It's going to be tough. There will be hard days. But that is the journey of growth. I will achieve my dreams. I will forge my own path. Let's go after the life we desire. - Sam.

While discussing pricing for coaching the other day. I had a new perspecitve. What is the price you put on potentially changing your life, making a a small or even huge change which can compound within our life? We are quick to buy the latest iPhone, car, 2 week holiday. But we are often resistant to something that isn’t that quick reward or dopamine hit. It’s worth remembering the value of what you are doing, what you are getting. This goes for everything in life. Start prioritising YOU. Start investing in yourself. You'll hear it all the time but it's true. It's the biggest return on investment you will ever make. In the last 12 months I have self funded an ILM level 7 in senior and executive coaching course. The knowledge and insight I have gained alone is worth it. Let alone the network of high performing individuals. Start looking at how you spend, I know that new phone or cool jacket feels good now. But imagine investing that in changing the course of your life.
