Women’s brains are more complexly wired than men’s. On average, we need 20 minutes MORE sleep every night for our brain to detox. When we shortcut our sleep, we can worsen our brain function and increase our risk for early onset dementia. #womenshealth #Alzheimer #dementia

These are the snack options at the airport. This isn’t food. It’s artificial packaged poison. This is why it’s important to pack your own snacks! Some snacks I usually pack: -Venison jerky -Wild salmon jerky -Dehydrated beets + carrots -Fresh fruit -Nuts + seeds for the phase

We have been making our own ice cream (photo attached) and it’s incredible. ❤️‍🔥 - 🥥full fat coconut milk (can sub with raw milk) - pure vanilla extract - egg yolks - raw honey - sea salt - methylene blue (optional, but does add a cool blue marble look)

Mountain sauna vibes.🏔️ I am so grateful to have access to a sauna. The health benefits are powerful. ⭐️I don’t sauna daily, and I refrain from hopping in while I am on my period.

Among the most alarming trends I've witnessed as a practitioner is the rise of cancer among young people, often resulting in the removal of vital organs and lifelong prescriptions. The western medical and food systems are royally flawed. It’s brutal.

My queens, let’s uplift WOMEN health and wellness practitioners. “He” may be great and all, but “he” will never truly know what it’s like to live in our female bodies or to have a menstrual cycle. Also 80% of medical research is still done on the male body. #WomenInMedicine
