Lot of you are looking at weights right now for "new years resolutions". Few things. Get a barbell set that is 100lbs & max out on that you'll be in pretty good shape. How many people do you know can overhead press 100lbs, deadlift 100lbs for reps, curl a 100lbs barbell?

@Nicyerox2 @thereal_SnS The history behind that shooting style is interesting. They took their best shooter in the FBI with his own style of shooting and tried to train all agents in that style, it didn't work. The agent spent hours a day for a long time to get good at it and maintain his skills.
