I’ve worked in various roles in tonnes of animation studios from Sony to Uli Meyer, I’d pay a freelancer 2.5k (UK pounds so convert that to your toy money dollars)…and even then I’d refuse it immediately and demand all the frames were tweened. He’s getting absolutely fleeced.
