Pt 2 I was initially charged with 4 counts & the government offered me a plea if I did not go to trial. The plea deal was pleaded guilty to 1 of any of the 4 charges. I was facing 45 years & I plead to using the internet to put someone in fear of murder or serious body harm.

Pt 3 The charge I plead guilty to had a sentencing guideline of up to 5 yrs. I had no criminal record b4 that so the Judge sentenced me to 2 years and 6 months in federal prison of which I served 2 yrs & 3 months 85% 3 months off for good behavior &3 yrs supervised release.

I know a pseudo ’Salafi’ who speaks the same way about the Muslim Brotherhood government in Ghaza. Unfortunately this ideology is still around and tolerated in the USA.
