Week 3 - nearly forgot this weeks update. Bit disappointed to weigh in at the same this week, but when I looked back at my week of dinners, it’s easy to see why. Already put extra effort in this week, both on the football pitch, and just played badminton for an hour

Great to see Jonny back at this level, it was only 4/5 weeks ago I was getting a bit fearful for him. Superb from Luke though, he just keeps getting better in the clutch for me 👏

@GemmaHayter180 Short bursts is good though. Changes your mindset about how much prep you need to do for an event etc. Less pressure on arriving 3 hours early to hit the board constantly.

@MikeDuffy_29 I've been asked by 5 people in the first 2 weeks. Wanna try and build up some fitness with it first, then I'll have a think. Not sure I'm a fan of the tackles in 11-a-side these days. Too much at risk
