I think the biggest thing about the Littler hype train isn't just the casuals realising he's 16 and doing crazy things.
It's the fact that those of us that follow darts avidly knew Littler was very good despite his age and even we can't believe he's gone on this run

The downfall of Devon Petersen is the cruel nature of darts and striving to improve.

Just lost a game on the scolia to a guy who's running average is 39. He averaged 48 and I averaged 49.
I didn't play well but he was buzzing that he'd just chucked his best ever average, best ever leg & won. I couldn't even be mad, that's what darts is about.
