I'm OK with changing Dungeon Master to something else. Like say, Dungeon Manager. But players that choose to use this term must no longer be called players. They must instead be called "Karens" & every request of the DM must start with, "I'd like to speak to the Dungeon Manager.".

I think this 100% has to do with the modern view and expectation of what a "good game" is. The expectation is that the DM is there to serve and entertain the players. That the DM must provide some kind of epic story for the main characters (the players to take part in.
