Maybe it’s just the Millennial in me speaking here but The Adventures of Pete and Pete really needs to start being considered as Best Of Television conversation. I’m nearly 40 now and revisiting it and it’s better than I could even comprehend as a child
📺DEBUT: ‘The Adventures of Pete & Pete’ starring Michael Maronna and Danny Tamberelli premiered as a series 32 years ago, November 28, 1993, on Nickelodeon

It’s cool. Jim Belushi was briefly fired and rehired in S10. Chris Parnell let go after S26 and was rehired towards the end of S27. It’s happened before, no one got mad. You can do this.

Is it just me or is this an insanely easy million dollar question? That Nixon clip was still big enough that you just know it by base cultural osmosis. Like I probably knew this as a kid, in 1999, without having ever seen an episode of Laugh-In before.
📺On November 19, 1999, John Carpenter became the first contestant to win $1,000,000 on ABC’s ‘Who Wants to Be a Millionaire’

PATREON EXCLUSIVE: As SNL continued to struggle in ratings, on February 13th 1982, NBC tries out a new pilot in it's time slot: Steve Martin's Twilight Theater, a collection of sketches, music videos, tone poems, animation, cameos and general weirdness. https://t.co/1PBRNtKrO0

And Mitch! Glen flew out Mitch, the UPS driver, to the show. Beautiful. Lovely stuff.

Both the cold open and Update were smartly cut down to their essentials, Ashley Padilla continues to be a guiding light for the season and I think everyone is starting to raise their game because of it, starting to sell more of what is iffy on the paper. Keep going. 4/5

Love how Glen just folded into the cast, giving people of other people room to shine. Some real highlights for Chloe and Marcello tonight but I feel pretty much everyone got a little role to chew on. Olivia Dean was great, Macgruber was a fun surprise.
