@1goodtern A small suggestion. It's not the farmers themselves necessarily, but their workers (including those that are illegal and undocumented). That is maybe also why the whole testing and tracing is going so slowly. Which actually exacerbates the problem, but should not be shyed away

@MLS_Dave A friend of mine is a microbiologist, and works with that. He also loves chicken in food. But since he knows actually what pathogens are in raw chicken, seeing him cook chicken is like being in a mini-lab. Extremely accurate with hygiene. So yeah. I don't think you are paranoid.
