Hey @LAGovJeffLandry, thanks for the shout! Glad to provide some inspiration. America loved the tiger, and Nebraska loves welcoming your @LSUbaseball Tigers to Omaha for the College World Series. Suzanne and I look forward to hosting you and Sharon next time they’re here. Our prayers to you and your entire team for a fun, safe, and hard-fought Super Bowl tomorrow. New Orleans is secure under your leadership. (And Geaux Chiefs!) @PatMcAfeeShow

Thank you, Mr. President, for your leadership of an America First fair trade agenda and for supporting Nebraska ethanol as a component of American energy security and dominance. 🌽🇺🇸 @POTUS @realDonaldTrump
President Trump continues to demonstrate his support of #ethanol as part of his effort to establish American energy dominance. Thank you, Mr. President for your continued support of America's farmers and biofuel producers! Video: @CBSNews

Support for Stand With Women Act (LB89): "We need to ensure that girls and women are not treated unfairly, especially in sports where men certainly have a physical, competitive advantage. Additionally, we need to afford girls and women the privacy and protection that they expect and deserve when they are in spaces where they could be most vulnerable to victimization."

No doubt about it -- Nebraska is the women's volleyball state! Our Husker team is in good hands, with Dani Busboom Kelly at the helm. Congratulations! via @owhnews

Honored to join so many great American leaders and athletes and bear witness as President @realDonaldTrump banned men from women’s sports by executive order. 🇺🇸

We led in Nebraska by establishing a Women’s Bill of Rights—which affirmed that men are men and women are women—and today I am honored to be at the White House with President @realDonaldTrump as he signs his No Men in Women’s Sports Executive Order into federal law.

I strongly support @realDonaldTrump efforts to eliminate waste and inefficiencies in federal government. It mirrors what I've been doing in state government through our 'Cleaning out the Closets' initiative.

I held up my own cell phone to emphasize a point.... these devices are a constant distraction and the amount of time kids spend on them in school is not doing them any good. Thanks to Sen. Sanders for bringing LB140 on my behalf, with support from AG Hilgers and Commissioner Maher. It is important to preserve the learning environment in our classrooms and make sure kids are engaging and interacting, not glued to their cell phones.

Spent a little time with @NECattlemen board members, staff, state senators and other attendees last week. The signs say it all!

From river to panhandle, Nebraska communities are the best places in the world to live and raise a family. Throwback to last year, when Forbes ranked Omaha as the #1 city in America to move to. Leadership matters, and I congratulate Mayor @Jean_Stothert on how much Omaha has thrived under her stewardship.
We're proud to announce Forbes voted Omaha, Nebraska as the #1 place to move in 2024! Read all about it in this article.

President @realDonaldTrump promised to put America First in our trade policy. His Day One executive orders and his tariff actions today are making good on that commitment. Promises made, promises kept. I am the first Nebraska Governor in a hundred years to make my living from agriculture, and I’ve learned a thing or two about making our ag products competitive in a global market. I stand with President Trump, because I know when he stands up to special interests and foreign competitors, he has the backs of Nebraska farmers, ranchers, feeders, producers, and manufacturers. True fair trade means Americans aren’t taken advantage of. I call on other ag and Republican leaders to stand with him now, too. It takes tremendous courage overcome decades of being duped by unfair trade policy, manipulation, and multinational special interests. The President and his team are showing that courage today, and America’s leaders should stand with them. Our economic prosperity and national security depend on it.
