@SeanCasten When the executive can’t do anything without permission from the court there is no separation of power the judicial branch has it all. The court has no say over this issue:

@JohnYarmuth No, because if the court decided what executive powers were legitimate then the court would have all the power so there is no separation of power. And this is clearly why the court doesn’t control the enforcement mechanism. It would be a disaster.
