Yale Law School should be embarrassed. The judge’s legal role is to define what executive powers are legitimate. It’s called separation of powers, which you apparently don’t believe in.
If a judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal. If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that's also illegal. Judges aren't allowed to control the executive's legitimate power.

BREAKING: Rep. Mark Pocan has introduced the ELON MUSK act which would ban "special" government employees like Musk from having federal contracts. The full title of the bill is the Eliminate Looting of Our Nation by Mitigating Unethical State Kleptocracy Act.

Firing Inspectors General isn't just illegal—it betrays everyday Americans. This does nothing to lower costs or ensure taxpayer dollars are spent wisely. This would be the first step to turning the White House into a grifting operation for Trump and his billionaire friends.
