@virenkaul @GallodeMoraesMD aka do not waste money or limited dose response efficacy of ethacrynic acid in those with a sulfa allergy (such as if allergic to trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole) and likely okay to use any loop or thiazide and augment with CAI if needed, all which contain non-sulfonylarylamine.
