@SnazzyLabs Anyone using FSD (Supervised) should continue to supervise it. But there's no doubt that people using it have avoided way more accidents than have occurred with it, we're just barely ever going to hear about those.

Imagine someone convinced you to pay them $100 because it would go to good causes. Then you find out that $20 of that went to poor people, $80 of that was wasted or pocketed. Any reasonable person would be pissed at that and demand it should be fixed or remade into something better. Democrat politicians and their media apparatus are telling you you're wrong and bad and should shut up because that $20 may no longer go to poor people. The Democratic party has devolved into emotional manipulation and turning a blind eye to waste and corruption. The American people have had enough.

You're asking for people to be more upset over the potential to lose some money in specific situations when the total taxes they have to pay are more expensive to the average American than all of those situations combined, and they've just been told a significant portion of those taxes goes to waste and fraud.

In the 'olden days' corruption used to be much more transparent. Over time the corrupt wised up and figured out more elaborate ways to deceive people. We are living through a time where if an organization responsible for mass waste and fraud sprinkles in the perception of doing some good things, they spawn legions of people willing to defend them and turn a blind eye to the waste and fraud. "Don't worry about this $20 million that was stolen here, we put $5 million towards this cause that we know will emotionally manipulate you into supporting us"
