I'm confused. Why would we need an amendment to enforce our laws and Constitution? I must have missed the part that said you can be in this country illegally because you are subject to removal by simply enforcement of the law, and be counted for anything other than being illegal.

Special prosecutors don't have the capacity to charge for a crime. Their job is to gather evidence and turn it over for a referral to prosecute. Hur's and Comey's opinion is irrelevant. They are not who charges. Their unwanted and unwarranted opinions should have been struck.
