3. The NHL is a league made for business, not development. All NHL's GMs think that they can do the last 5% of a player's development when someone else has provided the first 95. So many careers have been stalled that way. Pity.

@MikeBrown8 I was told the full story from the Vegas side. The league isn't coming after Ottawa 18 months later for a clerical error.
