Safety Concerns -@TPSMarineUnit @PortsToronto rescued a capsized vessel that overturned due to a huge wake of another passing vessel. TPS Marine also responded to calls for sea-doos speeding through marked swim zones at Woodbine. CHARGED - NO TOLERANCE FOR UNSAFE OPERATION
