This makes the assumption all player / caddy conversations are exhaustive. They will still be on the clock regardless and, if the #PGATOUR dialed back the time…would just lead to shorter more pressurized dialogue and faster play. So a bit of lateral thinking would actually speed up play and give more drama. Thinking is difficult, which is why most don’t bother.
