USL2/PDL- 27 teams (1995) UPSL- 10 teams (2011) NPSL/MPSL- 6 teams (2003) As far as I know, @TheLeague_FC launch will be the largest number of teams in year 1 for a league in the history of soccer in the US, at near or above 50 teams. Year 2, they are projecting 100.

@iamwitte I was just saying it's started... I doubt that we are far away from big time growth at the college level My worry is more about little girls joining the sport and them never joining soccer at all... ever.

Hey, just a reminder there is FREE futsal tomorrow morning at the MLK Center downtown. 9 to noon All ages. Usually little kids early and older kids later with adults able to play the entire time. We would LOVE to see some new faces this week. It is a great time. #CWV

I absolutely think this lawsuit helped end the SUM/USSF relationship... it wasn't the only reason... but it sure helped push it along.
