Day one of Aggie invitational brought us unbelievable hail and debris. Staff has been busting it since 4am.. we worked a miracle in my opinion. Hats off to them

Tee renovation is complete. 3 acres done in house with countless hours of work from the crew. Never been more proud of a group of guys. Now we’re working the platinum paspalum down to height. Pictured here is being mowed at .300. Burying in sand and foliar fertilizer coming next.

They wanted a putting contest for Father’s Day on our event lawn which is zoysia and normally mowed at .400. Took a couple mowers but got it down to .100. Rolled and cups cut. Just added a new green to our other 20!! Happy Father’s Day

Well, we’re 6 days out from sprigs. Scalping down, shockwaving, topdressing and then pour on the water next week. Sorry I haven’t posted sooner, been swamped in prep work. Most everything is being done in house.

Day 1 of 3 of member guest here at Traditions. Right after will be applying first app of round up and fusillade and convert whole course minus tees and greens to platinum paspalum. Tees were done in house 1.5 years ago. Let’s go!

Hats off to my staff again, and again. 5 inches of rain and we got it put back together for Lonestar Texas Cup

16.5 inches of rain over 4 days. This is our second dry cut since Saturday. This staff busted their tails getting this course playable for the women’s NCAA Regional. Can’t thank them enough. Tomorrow is the last round and good look to our girls!

I am beyond impressed with overall health of our greens by only hand watering as needed. Haven’t run over heads except for soil apps and it’s been night and day!
