i'm in 4 weddings this year. I told all the brides my budget was 1200 for everything: engagement party, bridal shower, bachelorette, hair + make up, dress, wedding expenses. and if I go over, I cant afford a gift... it's wild how much money we can spend without them realizing.

i vomited for the first 2 days of every period I had from 12-17. I had cramps so bad I couldn't go to school or work, missed important exams because the pain was too bad. Not to mention bleeding through 6-7 pads per day of a 4-5 day period. Birth control is a BLESSING

unfortunately when I bring 5+ of these concerns to my OBGYN , I'm just told to get an IUD or on birth control because "it's normal". This particular provider also dismissed me when I said my MOM(👼) had endometrial cancer 2x, said I have nothing to worry about bc Im not obese...

1st + Jan 2022 good
2nd + Jan 2023: PVS re-activated 4 latent viruses in my body between May-July & 2 bacterial infections, healed on 42 days of abx.
Since August: fatigue, pins+needles in extremities, dizziness,PoTS Sx, extreme water/salt cravings. GI problems, No answers yet

and this is why my mom (terminal cancer) chose a DNR at the end and why I battle with a MOLST form for a DNR for my grandma... I know I'll make the right decision with her in the moment, but legally I should do it sooner than later.

A child can start menstruating as soon as puberty hits for them… the youngest of my friend group has been 9 and 2 friends were 10… typically 12 is the average age. Yes it’s sadly possible. Ask your friends when they started… it might shock you how young you can be.

this is exactly what happened when I tore my hip labrum.
From "aggressive PT" for months, my QOL decreased so much I could not walk to do grocery shopping, walk my dog around the block and my exercise went from yoga 5x/week to none.

i had one this year, hopefully theyre gentle! -- also, please!!!!! Dont do any physical exercise, even walking for 24 hours. My scab fell out after teaching 2 yoga classes, and I bled for 16 hours!

I HATE driving over bridges but I did today to be on set in Staten Island an hour away-did I panic a bit? Yes Did I call my dad twice while driving each way to freak out about directions & weather? Yes but I did it- I had a wonderful day doing what I love & breathed❤️ Proud syd❤️

most OB/GYNs in me and my friends circles don't believe in endometriosis/adenomyosis and say that it is normal to experience that much pain during your cycle.
Then they suggest birth control or IUD to control the bleeding/cycle length/pain and send us on our merry way.

my mom had this mindset!! I was a preemie and hated a lot of textures and different flavors growing up - my pallet didn't start changing really till 18/19 in college!! it's absolutely good parenting, thank you for your way of parenting!

its not murder if you dont believe the pregnancy is a full formed child in utero (which it's not when most abortions occur). In the Jewish religion, it does not recognise the fetus' formation as a child until it takes its first breath.

yes i have intermittant tinnitus, which usually proceeds an episode to pre-syncope (almost passing out). I am getting a VNG next week, if negative, going to cardiologist to rule out POTS.
No fevers but feel heat intolerant where I feel warm but my body temperative reads normal

It is suspected that I have long covid. I did too much (5 day bachelorette trip) about 9 days out (testing neg & no symptoms) when I got covid back in January. I’m still dealing with random health issues still. Please rest!!

I bought a honey ginger tea that is SO gingery and has that good burn in the back of your throat. and it makes me think that it would be something my mom would bring home randomly one day to make me happy bc she knew I'd want to try it... Gosh I miss her. <3
