@AirIndiaX Just providing a reschedule is not an option. There is a 10 HOURS delay which is not at all acceptable. There has to be a penalty which has to be paid by you. Because of your worst management i lost 10 hours of my valuable time.

@AirIndiaX This ticket is already closed with the issue as unforseen weather conditions but the actual issue is the technical glitch. Can you reopen the ticket and provide a solution
