But the wicked are like the tossing sea; for it cannot be quiet, and its waters toss up mire and dirt. There is no peace, says my God, “for the Wicked.” Is57:20

When did I make a case for the existence of God? Do you even understand what we’ve been debating this entire time? I think you came inside a boxing ring in the wrong weight class my guy. I pack a heavy punch. You wouldn’t last 2 rounds if this was being graded. It ain’t even close. Next time when you come with a claim, come with the book, chapter and verse… I’ma need a little more than a “trust me bro”

@21stcenturylord @Q239056Q @buffoando You are showing me my claims are ridiculous? My claims are the ridiculous ones, let’s pause for a little laughter…. Okay, let’s proceed. So you don’t have the book, the chapter and the verse to show me where God is the one causing this evil on innocent babies, do ya?

And eternal damnation is not because you don’t worship him… remember, God is Holy and he is the source of good… and all this time you have been crying for him to do something about all the evil. In his mercy, he gives man time to repent and come to him so that he can give us the power to overcome sin. You refuse and go about your merry way and keep sinning. So one day, he has vowed, he is going to put an end to all sin and all sinners, you included. This is the “Do something about the destruction” that you have been crying for all along. It will be done and the rest of us, get to enjoy an undeserved paradise, all because we chose to be obedient to him and listen to him when he spoke about our own salvation. Why? Coz we are not dummies, when someone gives us a lifeline, we take it.

So you’ve moved on from the Egyptians… I guess that example didn’t work for you huh? Okay, let’s talk about your new one. You think it is the God of the Bible who gives innocent babies disease? Where does it say that at? Give me the book chapter and verse. Don’t respond with, “he’s God, he can do something about it.” Yes he can… but you made a claim that I need you to support. You insinuated that God is responsible for all this suffering we see on babies so please give me the book, chapter and verse, not your feelings. Then we can call it a day.

Okay, let’s discuss what you put on the table. God is a Judge. Before the 1st borns of the Egyptians were killed, how many babies had they murdered that belonged to the Isrealites during the time of Moses? And how many Isrealites had they murdered over the 400 year span of slavery? Furthermore, no one had to die, the pharaoh could have released the Isrealites but he being “one of the gods” of Egypt, decided to go head to head with the God of Israel. The greater God simply repayed the evil they had done. And please remember, all creation belongs to God. He creates it and sustains it. When he does it, it is not murder. It is His life to keep or take, he owns it. Whether we like it or not. He is the supplier of life and if he decides he no longer wants to give it, no one can find fault in that, it is his to give and take.

@21stcenturylord @Q239056Q @buffoando I never required you to be God to get a handle on your life. You don’t require perfect intelligence to have your life in order. Many people have a handle on theirs and they are not God.

@21stcenturylord @Q239056Q @buffoando What do you think is the whole point of Christ coming to die on the cross? You don’t think God helping the entire human race and saving it from hell fire and the 2nd death after Hell is not using His powers for good? Help me understand how you reason.

You first understand that FREE WILL does not mean “the ability to change environment, nor good nor evil ” it simply means the ability to choose right from wrong. Everyone has the ability to choose right from wrong. In your scenario, it is the perpetrator who chooses, not the victim. The victim is merely existing and suffering the consequences of the choices of the perpetrator. I thought you were so smart no one needed to explain that. Free will does not absolve the perpetrator of the consequences that follow and those are outlined in the word of God. You try to act all great like you would have done a better job if you were in God’s shoes, yet you don’t even have a good grasp of you own life. You want to show the all supreme being how to run the universe while you can’t even perfectly run 1 life, your own. The chutzpah!

@AlphaEricson @JumaCJ1 @Purity_Mukamii You are calling people fools while addressing a completely different issue from what they are addressing…

Harriet Tubman was a Christian bud, you should have looked for a better example. She wasn’t saying what you think she was saying. Do you know what her nickname was ? “Moses” she meant her actual people were so used to that life of burden they didn’t think there was better out there, something worth risking a lot for. Do you know what her last words were on her death bed? “I go to prepare a place for you…” you’ll never guess where she quoted that from… those were the words of the big God, Jesus Himself.

@21stcenturylord @Q239056Q @buffoando So your issue is you don’t understand what Free will is? Or you are trying and failing miserably to spin a narrative? Which one is it?
