The email is unprofessional and no one has the authority to address higher ranked official in such a way. The solution is to fire whoever wrote the email on accounts of poor conduct!

Why does a middleman need to tell you that you’re blessed? If a king wants to honor you, does he send a messenger, or does he call you to his court himself? 2.The selective nature of blessing – This verse praises “peacemakers,” but what about those who resist oppression or fight against injustice? Are they to be shamed, condemned, or labeled as troublemakers? Isn’t peace sometimes achieved through conflict? Wouldn’t colonizers and tyrants love this verse because it discourages rebellion? 3.A meaningless reward? – “For they shall be called children of God.” But aren’t we all already children of God? Or is there a ranking system where some are “official” children and others are not? If so, who decides? 4.A tool for control? – If a ruler wants to keep the masses submissive, what better way than to glorify peacemaking and dissuade rebellion? You've said a-lot of stuff but at the same time said nothing. Leave the Bible alone, let Job story be. The Bible was a book for Israelites not the world. Now discuss this question like we are 1800, in Kenya. No Bible no Religion. Were Kenyans religious? Of course. Would they get a vision about Job to justify the accident? Of course not.
