@StephenJacobi @TradeWorksNZ My sense is there are areas where we'll want to, and others where we won't. We'll have different partners, for different objectives. If major powers demand we choose between one or the other, or try to coerce us, then it's a much tougher picture. Keeping nimble will be key!
