If you don’t think attention to detail matters at en masse enterprises, Disney World will be a case study again. Its current state back under Iger v. the insane ruin of it under Chapek isn’t even subtle.

@herrmanndigital I think a lot of healthcare-related companies say as little as possible so they don’t get flagged/banned. It’s like the minute you say a WORD about health, it’s that minefield of random ad account bans. They should be addressing in the comments to backfill that, tho.

Seriously amazing what agencies will tell clients they can achieve for them? Do they know they’re lying, or do they believe it/not know better? I don’t even know which situation is worse.

Was just DMing with someone I’d love to give a talk on adapting digital marketing strategies to in-person selling. Probably too niche of a topic, but it’s really fun to adapt core principles that way. (HMU if there’s a conference it would actually make sense for.)
