Last night, Suffolk County Correction Officer Candice Ogiejko, 25, was killed in a car accident in Yaphank. Sheriff Toulon and staff send our deepest condolences to her family and friends. Her ‘family’ at the Sheriff’s Office are deeply saddened by the loss of one of our own.
