Think they need to go with Ronnie for now. Love Josh but no head coach experience. And I’d love to see Jerrod get a shot long term. Improves every season he is at a place. If people are unfamiliar google his record at Fairmont and Youngstown
I personally want to see Ronnie or Josh take over. If they go outside the current staff: (no particular order) Jarrod Calhoun Jim Crutchfield Darrius Nichols Doug Wojcik Andy Kennedy Chris Mack Billy Donavan Jay Wright (would be my long shot)

I’ve been saying that. Promote Everhart and name him interim coach. Keep team in tact. Evaluate him this season. If he does well give him the job. If not then start the search after the season. But not hiring a long term coach at this point
I’ve hired people to remove snow, but I’ve never a hired a coach. If I were the AD at WVU I would name an interim head coach. Why? Rosters are built every 9 months now. Transfer’s don’t go to colleges they love, it’s for the coaches & NIL perks. Lastly, Weak Candidate Pool.
