I didn't have a wheelchair, but had a nurse tell me to pee in the bed and left me on the plastic bed pan for over 45 minutes. I just had back surgery and couldn't walk yet and had an immobile iv in me. All because I was friends with another nurse. Most times they are great, but..

If I had an employee doing that, I would investigate like this guy did. But I am aware that there are many reasons for things like this. I would never share what an illness is with others. I also didn't need a doctor's note unless the home office asked for it.
