The utter incompetence of this franchise in everything they do is astounding. It's 101-level stuff to communicate to people ahead of time that this is happening and something new is in the works. Instead you do nothing and let it become a story.
The Pirates are repairing the sidewalk around PNC Park, but the 'Bucco Bricks' placed outside the stadium have since been removed.
