We were literally one of the first nations to start arming them, we've pledged billions in financing, we agreed for them to use our long range missile in spite of what the Americans wanted, etc etc. All of this from a country that can barely fund itself.

Recently found that presumably because NHS data sharing is so unusable due to privacy restrictions a lot of hospital doctors resort to taking and sharing photos of your injury on personal devices which is way worse for privacy than just letting trusts share stuff with each other
