This past fall, freshman Anthony Berrios was 78-80 on the bump in intersquads. Today, he hit 90 for the first time. The whole staff went nuts. It was pretty tight. Check out thread below for a quick summary of how we attacked his development

My freshman year of college I topped at 74. Since then my only goal was to throw 90+. 6 years later, I finally did it. I owe it all to @drivelinebases and the entire @DrivelineBB staff. Looking back on it, becoming a remote client was the best decision I've ever made

On the strength side, the focus was hypertrophy and later strength. Squat, bench or deads were prioritized each day followed by an assistance lift meant to directly improve the main lift that day (think BB bench w/ BB pin press). Followed by supplemental GPP exercises.
