@SurreyRS GOOD STOP, should be “3 strikes and you’re out” where “out” is 12 months jail. Driver has not changed his ways from December stop, so should be March for his next stop, with or without a licence. Some never learn and he us a threat to other road users, JAIL NEXT TIME🤔☹️

They should have their operators licence suspended too. They will all be back out on the road doing the same, putting innocent drivers at risk.
