@WitchyMcWitch Completely agree. I can’t understand how this ever got to a tribunal - @nhsfife should have been told at the outset by their legal team they were in breach and should apologise, settle and reinstate. They should also rectify the lack of appropriate single sex changing facilities

@McDonaldsUK this Xmas Eve your Yorkshire Grey franchise ordered 4 or 5 young employees to resign within the next 2 weeks, presumably because they have no grounds to sack them and the role isn’t redundant. Is this the official McDonalds approved way of bypassing employment laws?
