We are delighted to have received 3 @ssat Educational Outcomes Awards, top 10% for attainment, top 20% for progress and the Closing the Gap award. We are the only triple award winners and the sole school to receive the Closing the Gap award. A proud moment for our community!

Additionally, Natasha has interviews at 4 medical schools: King’s, Manchester, Southampton & Nottingham. Caspar has also received offers from the Royal Academy of Music & the Royal College of Music. We wish them and all our Year 13 students well as they prepare for their exams.

Yesterday our Head Girl Angelica & Head Boy Adrian worked with their counterparts from @bonus_pastor @OLSPN3 & @StAnthonysSE22 to present inspiring ideas about how students could work together across @SBCATrust to the Trust board, they also posed questions to board members.

Today we celebrated the feast of St John Bosco, founder of the Salesians whose values of Respect, Understanding, Affection and Humour underpin all we do at St Michael’s. We give thanks for the example he set of living a life of faith, dedicated to serving young people.

On #HMD2025 80 years since the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau we remember and pray for all victims of the Holocaust. This week all year groups will be attending assemblies to mark and reflect on this anniversary and to promote social justice and the dignity of all human beings
Today is Holocaust Memorial Day, marking 80 years since the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau and 30 years since the genocide in Bosnia. We come before God in sorrow to remember all who died in genocides. May we pray and work for future without persecution and genocide. #HMD2025

To celebrate the Feast day of Blessed Laura Vicuna Yesterday, who one of our Houses is named after, a special South American menu was created by our caterers and well received by all year groups. Mass in the chapel this Friday will also be offered for Blessed Laura Vicuna.
