Incidental findings are amazing. I have several close friends have this happen. Pne was the daughter of a coworker that hit her head in the pool. The caught brain cancer on the CT scan. Amazing.

I worked exclusively in a trauma unit the last 8 years of my life. Some people with catastrophic injuries would die right before my eyes. I was able to compartmentalize it, just another day at the office unless I saw the family members in the after math. Tore me up.

Please pray for me and my family, we lost a 3 year old grandson today,it was very unexpected.

I worked in dispatch briefly for a trucking company about 6 years ago. Back then none of my guys would go into New York! They refused back then because hassle and high cost of tolls etc.
